Cremora Pudding
Ingredients

1 (200 g) packet tennis biscuits

100 g butter

1 can condensed milk

2/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1 cups Cremora, powder

1 cup cream

Method

1. Crush the biscuits and mix with butter to form a crumbly mixture.

2. Line a pie dish with the biscuit mixture and place in fridge.

3. Mix together the condensed milk, lemon juice, cremora powder & cream.

4. Pour over biscuit base and chill for an hour.
