Ingredients

For the Cake

¾ cup Butter

¾ cup Sugar

¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 Eggs

1 ¾ cups Flour

pinch of Salt

2½ teaspoon Baking Powder

½ cup Milk

For the Frosting

½ cup Butter

1½ cups Icing Sugar

¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method

For the Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C

2. Cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs.

3. Add flour, salt, baking powder and milk to the mixture.

4. Pour the mixture into two cake tins and bake for 18- 20 minutes.

5. Let the cake cool before frosting it.

For the Frosting

Tips
